手動(dong)鐵皮(pi)保(bao)溫(wen)設備常(chang)用(yong)於設備保(bao)溫(wen)、管道(dao)保(bao)溫(wen)工(gong)程(cheng)中,是(shi)指(zhi)在(zai)保(bao)溫(wen)材(cai)料(liao)外(wai)部(bu)再增(zeng)加壹(yi)層鐵皮(pi),以帶來更好(hao)的保(bao)溫(wen)效(xiao)果。壹(yi)般(ban)需要(yao)保(bao)溫(wen)施工(gong)的設備和(he)管道(dao)都是(shi)具有很高(gao)的工(gong)作(zuo)溫度或(huo)者需要(yao)很高(gao)的工(gong)作(zuo)溫度,所以鐵皮(pi)保(bao)溫(wen)系(xi)統可(ke)以減少熱(re)量的散(san)失,同(tong)時(shi)減少外(wai)界(jie)低(di)溫環(huan)境對(dui)於設備的影響,這樣(yang)就從很(hen)大(da)程(cheng)度(du)上減(jian)少了(le)能(neng)源的消(xiao)耗和(he)流失,從而(er)帶來了(le)很大的經(jing)濟(ji)效(xiao)益。
例(li)如在(zai)管(guan)道(dao)保(bao)溫(wen)系(xi)統中,室(shi)外(wai)或(huo)者地下(xia)的運輸(shu)管(guan)道(dao)很容(rong)易在運輸(shu)過(guo)程(cheng)中導致(zhi)大量的熱(re)量散(san)失,這樣(yang)到達目的地時(shi)熱(re)量會產(chan)生(sheng)大(da)大(da)的損耗,如果有鐵皮(pi)保(bao)溫(wen)系(xi)統,熱(re)量的損耗就會減(jian)小。這(zhe)種施工(gong)方(fang)式(shi)是(shi)為了(le)減少設備、管(guan)道(dao)及(ji)其(qi)附件(jian)向(xiang)周(zhou)圍(wei)環(huan)境散(san)熱(re),在(zai)其(qi)外(wai)表(biao)采(cai)取(qu)的增設保(bao)溫(wen)層和(he)保(bao)護(hu)層措施的施工(gong)方(fang)式(shi)。施工(gong)中要(yao)按照(zhao)其(qi)設計(ji)的材(cai)質(zhi)和(he)保(bao)溫(wen)厚度來進(jin)行(xing),管(guan)道(dao)保(bao)溫(wen)需要(yao)先進行(xing)保(bao)溫(wen)管殼的鋪設,當主(zhu)保(bao)溫(wen)層鋪設結束後(hou)再進(jin)行外(wai)護(hu)層(ceng)的施工(gong),外(wai)護(hu)層(ceng)是(shi)需(xu)要(yao)采用(yong)符合金(jin)屬外(wai)護(hu)的。安(an)裝好(hao)的符合金(jin)屬外(wai)護(hu)層(ceng)需(xu)要(yao)做(zuo)到牢固(gu)、美觀(guan)、防風(feng)化的。
手動(dong)鐵皮(pi)保(bao)溫(wen)設備施工(gong)工(gong)藝(yi):
1.管道(dao)保(bao)溫(wen):
拆(chai)除原(yuan)保(bao)護(hu)層保(bao)溫(wen)層--中間檢查(zha)--安(an)裝巖(yan)棉管殼(ke)50㎜--中間檢查(zha)--安(an)裝鍍鋅鐵皮(pi)0.5㎜--竣(jun)工(gong)驗收;
2.伴熱(re)管(guan)線(xian)的絕熱(re)施工(gong),每(mei)隔(ge)1000-1500mm,用(yong)鍍鋅鐵絲捆紮(zha)牢固(gu)。無局(ju)部(bu)過熱(re)要(yao)求(qiu),主(zhu)管和(he)伴熱(re)管(guan)可(ke)直(zhi)接捆紮(zha)在壹(yi)起;有防止(zhi)局(ju)部(bu)過熱(re)要(yao)求(qiu)是(shi),主(zhu)管(guan)和(he)伴熱(re)管(guan)之(zhi)間要(yao)設置石(shi)棉壁(bi)。
3.水(shui)平(ping)管(guan)線(xian)的金(jin)屬保(bao)護(hu)層的環(huan)向(xiang)接縫(feng)應順(shun)管線(xian)坡向(xiang)。其(qi)縱向(xiang)接縫(feng)應布(bu)置(zhi)在(zai)水(shui)平(ping)中心(xin)線(xian)的下方(fang)15°~45°處(chu),縫(feng)口朝下(xia)。當側(ce)面(mian)或底部(bu)有障(zhang)礙物時(shi),縱向(xiang)接縫(feng)可(ke)移(yi)至(zhi)管線(xian)水(shui)平(ping)中心(xin)線(xian)的上方(fang)600以內(nei)。直(zhi)管段其(qi)縱縫(feng)各(ge)節壹(yi)般(ban)連接成直(zhi)線(xian)。
4.管(guan)線(xian)金(jin)屬保(bao)護(hu)層的環(huan)縫(feng)應起鼓(gu)搭接,搭接尺寸不得少(shao)於50mm。縱(zong)縫(feng)除設防潮(chao)層(ceng)結構不宜采(cai)用(yong)螺(luo)釘固(gu)定外(wai),應(ying)以封閉好(hao),外(wai)形規(gui)整美觀(guan)為準(zhun)。用(yong)螺(luo)釘固(gu)定時(shi),固(gu)定間距約(yue)為200mm。
5.設備與垂(chui)直(zhi)管線(xian)上(shang)的金(jin)屬保(bao)護(hu)層,應分段固(gu)定在(zai)支(zhi)承件(jian)上(shang)。在(zai)同(tong)壹(yi)段內(nei)的保(bao)護(hu)層聯(lian)結(jie),應交(jiao)替(ti)采(cai)用(yong)固(gu)定結(jie)構和(he)插接結構。
6.設備封(feng)頭(tou)與管(guan)線(xian)彎(wan)頭(tou)上的金(jin)屬保(bao)護(hu)層應按形狀(zhuang)大(da)小進(jin)行分(fen)瓣(ban)下(xia)料。
